Peak Supps - Refund & Return Policy
We apologise if you have received a damaged or faulty item. This is uncommon and we understand how frustrating this can be for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com , please provide any order information you have available in the email (Order number, products ordered and any other contact information you are willing to provide for us to contact you to get the issue resolved). Please clearly state the issue / fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise you what to do next.
Item no longer needed
If you have ordered something that is no longer needed.
Then you have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return policy (which starts the day after you received the item).
Buyer is responsible for Return postage and must obtain Proof of posting or provide tracking.
All returned items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were when received by you.
Please ensure that when you receive your items that you take reasonable care of it when trying it / inspecting it e.g. Checking security seals / labels.
Peak Supps will refund orders minus our initial shipping costs for shipping the item to you. If "Free super saving shipping" option has been selected Peak Supps will use the most economical shipping option available for this order based on a Royal Mail weight based shipping system that ranges from £0.70-£4.80 (Prices may vary slightly with fuel surcharge). For orders with "Free next working day delivery" shipping costs of £5.00-7.20 will be incurred.
If you ordered the wrong item you have 14 days to process a return to enable a refund (14 days within receiving goods). All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. If you wish to return an item within the 14 day period you will have to do so at your own expense. Please note refunds exclude post and packaging charges.
To Receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Item not received
We apologise if you have not received your item. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been despatched.
You are entitled to cancel any contract completed with Peak Supps up to 14 days after receipt of the goods or services ('Cooling off period').
If you decide to cancel a contract in the cooling off period:
You must notify us by contacting us on email at:- firstname.lastname@example.org (Please provide us with any relevant information that will help us speed up the cancellation process, E.g Order number, products you wish to cancel and contact details). We will then provide you with address details for returning the goods or services. Returns must be paid by the customer (you) using a tracked service.
Ensure goods or services and invoices are kept in the same condition as when received until they are returned to us.
Peak Supps will refund any payment you have paid to us within 28 days of receipt of your cancellation notice and receiving the returned goods.
If you return any goods for other reasons (e.g. Damaged / faulty goods), Peak Supps will examine the goods and depending on extent we find the goods to be defective we will repair, replace or refund you the price you paid for the defective goods plus return postage costs. Please follow our Returns Policy and contact us as soon as you receive your goods. If Peak Supps finds that a returned item is not defective, then Peak Supps will not be liable for returned postage costs.
This does not affect your Statutory rights as a consumer.
Bundles / Discount voucher returns
Products purchased as part of a bundle will only be refunded if every item in the bundle that was sent out is returned (The full bundle).
Once the bundle has been partly opened or consumed the remaining products may not be returned. Products purchased via promotional codes / discount codes may only be returned if stated in the individual offer terms and conditions.
Who pays for the return?
Unless you're returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by you (The customer). You will have to send the items back yourself using a tracked service (We can advise you on the cheapest service for a given product return).
Please ensure that you keep your proof of return receipt until you've received an email from us confirming that we have processed the return and refunded you.
